We begin by listening to determine what you envision for your event, the nature of the gathering, your budget, and your priorities. We ask numerous questions about your objectives and the effect you want to produce. You may choose to handle any aspect of your event you wish or recommend any supplier. We map out your budget, tailor your event to your tastes, contract with necessary suppliers and finalize deliveries while keeping you informed of progress and expenditures.

 

 
 
  • Can Arrangements help me set up a budget
    and negotiate prices?
 

Yes. Based on nearly 20 years of experience, we can assist clients in organizing their financial priorities and, more importantly, staying within that budget as the planning process unfolds. Because regional suppliers know our successful work ethic and our respect for their time and materials, we are able to provide the best services at fair prices.

 

 
 
  • Can Arrangements find unusual venues
    for my event?
 

Yes. Not only can we recommend venues, but we can advise on the best use of the space, what regulations govern its use, what kind of services the facility provides, and which suppliers may work there. We have established good working relations with area facilities who trust us to be good stewards of their property. We can also advise on, recommend and oversee the installation of tents in otherwise inadequate spaces, which open new and very personal venues for special events.

 

 
 
  • Will my guests still feel like it is my event?
 

Yes. Because our philosophy is that every event should be a unique occasion geared specifically to your needs, your event will evolve with your personal stamp. We take a place in the background of any event, and the specifics of our involvement are always confidential between Arrangements and our client.

 

 
 
  • Can Arrangements plan an event for me
    even if I live out of this area?
 

Yes. We have worked on events all over the country. We also work with a number of clients who host conferences, weddings and reunions in our area but do not live here themselves. Some of them live overseas and may not be here at all until the time of their event. Web-based technologies allows easy access for us to our out-of-town clients.

 

 
 
  • Can you supervise my event?
 

Yes. Our goal is for our client/host to feel comfortable and relaxed during the event with our being there to take care of timing, guests’ last minute requests, weather, music and food service issues. Our clients are grateful for the troubleshooting we do and are appreciative later when they learn of all the last minute details we expedited for them.

 

 
 
  • How much does this cost and when will
    I be billed?
 

Arrangements charges an hourly fee which includes travel and meeting time; phone, email, and fax communiqués; and on site work at the time of your event. Once your needs are determined, we are able to estimate the time required for us to complete the assignments you have for us. During the planning process, we will handle any supplier deposits and pay bills on your behalf after the event.
